Michael Neish, DMD
Dr. Michael Neish is a recent transplant to Gig Harbor, Washington, from Tucson, Arizona. He is excited to make this beautiful town his forever home.
Dr. Neish began his education as a student at the University of Arizona, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Chemistry.
Following the completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr. Neish enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he served with the 1st Battalion 7th Marines Infantry. Dr. Neish completed two combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After honorably serving his country, Dr. Neish attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey. Upon graduating, he returned to Arizona, where he built a reputation as a caring, professional, and skilled dentist. With extensive experience in an array of surgical and restorative procedures, particularly with senior patients. Dr. Neish is committed to not just fixing teeth, but ensuring overall oral health.
Dr. Neish is known for his excellent bedside manner, pain-free procedures, and ability to make even the most anxious patients feel at ease. When not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife of over 15 years, Maureen, and their three dogs, The Dude, Forrest Huckleberry, and Mimzy.

Kameron
Lead Dental Assistant
Kameron is our outstanding lead dental assistant! She has been with Harbor Moon Dentistry since the very beginning, but has worked in the dental field for 10 years.
Kameron grew up in Marysville, WA, but now calls Port Orchard home. After graduating from Lake Washington Technical College in 2015, she dedicated time to working in a community health clinic for 3 years. Kameron then moved on to working with general dentists and endodontists, before landing at Harbor Moon Dentistry. Kameron enjoys “keeping the professional personal” with her humorous and down-to-earth approach to dentistry and patient care.
Outside the office, you can find her spending time with her husband, their various animals, and being the personal chef for her two dogs.
Diana
Dental Hygienist
Diana (pronounced Dee-awh-nuh) is one of our two outstanding dental hygienists here at Harbor Moon Dentistry! She has been with Harbor Moon since its start, but has been a practicing hygienist for nine years.
Diana grew up in Tacoma, then ventured to Eastern Washington for hygiene school. After graduation, she began working in offices all over Pierce County, and struck up a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, bright smiles! Since landing in our office, Diana has enjoyed getting to know, and creating a rapport with returning patients.
When not in the office, Diana enjoys spending time with her two children, visiting parks, and searching for new restaurants to try!
Karilyn
Dental Hygienist
Karilyn is one of our two fantastic hygienists! She has been with Harbor Moon Dentistry for about five months, but has thirty five years of working in hygiene under her belt!
Originally from Southern California, Karilyn and her husband moved to Washington three years ago.
Even after over three decades of work, Karilyn still loves her career. She has wanted to work in the dental industry since she was nine years old. One of the things that makes working in dental so rewarding for her are the people she gets to meet. Karilyn also enjoys the team approach in helping patients learn about their dental health and ways to help improve it!
When not at work, Karilyn can be found participating in outdoor activities around the Puget Sound, boating, paddleboarding, gardening, working with little ones at her church, taking dance/exercise classes, or playing and snuggling with her adorable cats!
Susan
Office Manager
Susan is our awesome Office Manager! She has been with Harbor Moon Dentistry since its start, but has been working in the dental field for over fifteen years.
She attended Seattle Pacific University with the dream of becoming a nurse, but realized it wasn’t a good fit after taking her first semester of Anatomy and Physiology. With the desire to still work with people and in healthcare, she started her career in a medical office. There, she gradually shifted into the dental world. Call her crazy, but she loves the challenges of working with insurance companies, but is most fulfilled by the interactions she has with patients.
Outside of work, Susan loves to travel, camp, attend sporting events, concerts, Broadway musicals, and explore the PNW with her adventurous pup, Hubie.
Haley
Hygiene/Treatment Coordinator
Haley is our wonderful hygiene/treatment coordinator and has been with Harbor Moon Dentistry since the beginning!
Born and raised in Washington, Haley graduated cum laude with a Bachelors in Communications from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2020. After working many odd jobs in retail and marketing, she landed in dentistry in 2023, and has been loving it ever since. She enjoys being able to help patients, problem solve, and get to meet new people every day!
When not at work, you can find her with her nose in a book, writing stories, antiquing, or spending time with her two cats and two Great Danes.
